Ask how a robot learns to move and discover the ideas behind a smart car. In Chengdu, team up with Shanghai campers for a panda conservation experience, learn a craft from a bamboo-weaving artisan and hear about everyday life at a teahouse. With teachers beside you, curiosity becomes a question you can ask in Chinese, something new to try and a discovery to share with a friend.
带着一个“它为什么会这样”的问题，走进机器人训练现场与小米汽车工厂；到了成都，再和上海营伙伴一起参与熊猫守护，向竹编师傅请教，也听茶馆里的成都人聊日常。老师陪孩子把好奇说成问题，在动手尝试与伙伴合作中寻找答案，让新发现慢慢变成自己的中文表达。

The RICH Method · 学过的中文，带到生活里
Before every outing, teachers demonstrate and rehearse a language quest, then guide students at their own level. Beginners start with observation and prompt cards; more experienced speakers follow up, compare and explain. One-to-one Chinese tutoring—a RICH commitment for over a decade—gives each child time to practise with a teacher and make an expression their own.
每次外出都有中文任务。老师先示范、陪练，再按水平带队实践：初学者从观察和词句卡起步，已有基础的孩子尝试追问、比较和说明理由。坚持十余年的一对一中文辅导，让每个孩子都有和老师细细打磨表达的时间。
A question asked with a little more courage can become a conversation, and a conversation can become a friendship. Through a handmade piece, a shared meal or a story told in their own words, children find a sense of belonging in another culture—and moments of beauty to enjoy together, whatever language they grew up speaking.

Make dumplings with a Beijing family, wrap your own Peking duck pancake and discover Sichuan flavours with new friends in Chengdu. Conveyor-belt sushi, Korean grilled beef and Western favourites bring variety to the table. A dining-hall meal with PKU students offers a glimpse of university life, with conversations that carry on beyond the campus walk.

Evening晚间
Share a welcome dinner and join Chinese icebreaker games with your teachers and new friends. Residential staff help everyone find their way around camp, settle into the routine and get a good night's rest.

A Chinese assessment helps teachers place you in a class that fits. In the first three-hour lesson, practise describing a place and asking about everyday life, ready to notice the people and stories beside Beijing’s lakes.
通过中文水平测试，进入适合自己的班级。第一堂3小时中文课里，练习介绍一处风景、询问日常生活，准备带着好奇去认识北京湖畔的人与故事。

After lunch on campus and a short rest, work on homework during one-to-one Chinese tutoring. Your teacher helps you practise a lakeside description and a question you would like to ask, with words and prompts suited to your level.

Afternoon & evening下午至晚间
Take a boat onto Beihai and see the White Dagoba from the water, then explore the lanes around Shichahai with your teachers. Notice people fishing, walking and chatting, and ask a willing local about a small detail of lakeside life.

Visit a hutong home to learn a traditional craft and make dumplings with your hosts. Share the meal you have helped prepare, then explore Nanluoguxiang’s shops with your teachers, noticing how everyday purchases bring together old traditions and today’s technology.

After lunch on campus and a short rest, work through homework and practise your questions in one-to-one Chinese tutoring. Your teacher helps you turn curiosity about robots into clear words, from naming a movement to asking why it needs practice.

Visit the humanoid robot data training centre in Shijingshan. Watch how a movement is demonstrated and recorded, try an operation with staff guidance, and discover how small adjustments help a robot work towards an everyday task.

Enjoy lunch on campus and a midday rest. Sketch a first idea, talk it through with a friend and gather the words you want to use before setting out for Beijing’s art district.

Explore the galleries and creative spaces of 798’s former factories, then make a graffiti-style artwork in a guided workshop. Let a Chinese word become part of your design, and hear what your friends see in it.
走进798旧厂房里的展览与创意空间，再在老师指导的涂鸦体验中，把喜欢的汉字和自己的想法画进作品。听听伙伴看到了什么，也讲讲你想表达的意思。
Evening晚间
After a Peking duck dinner, visit the Bird’s Nest plaza as the summer evening comes alive. Enjoy a friendly frisbee passing game in an open space and meet local square dancers, following a move and sharing a little conversation.

Climb Jingshan for a view over the Forbidden City and Beijing’s Central Axis. Dress in period costumes and perform your short Chinese wuxia scene with friends, giving the morning’s words a setting and a voice of their own.

Lunch on campus and a quiet midday break give everyone time to recharge. Before leaving, try a brief listening game with your group and think of one question about the spaces you are about to explore.

After lunch and a short rest, work on homework and interview questions during one-to-one Chinese tutoring. Your teacher helps you choose an opening, follow up on an answer and put a Beijing discovery into your own words.
午餐、短休后，在一对一中文辅导中完成作业，打磨校园采访问题。和老师练一句开场白、一句追问，再把这几天的北京发现整理成自己的表达。
Afternoon下午
Walk through PKU and talk with university students about the everyday balance of classes, clubs and sport. Find something you have in common, then record or write a Chinese introduction for the Shanghai group with your teacher’s help.
漫步北大，和大学生聊课程、社团与运动，找到一个彼此都感兴趣的话题。随后在老师帮助下，录一段或写一份中文自我介绍，与上海营伙伴提前相识，相约成都。
Evening晚间
Join university students for dinner in a campus dining hall. Choose from the counters together and let the conversation continue over a shared meal, hearing about favourite campus corners and telling them a little about home.

Use the three-hour Chinese lesson to revisit a question you asked in Beijing and a discovery you made with friends. Prepare a story you are proud to share. The final hour, within the lesson, is set aside for the end-of-course Chinese assessment.
上午3小时中文课，回看自己在北京问过的一个问题、和伙伴一起找到的一个答案，整理成愿意分享的故事。最后1小时在课内完成中文结业测评，看见这一段学习里属于自己的进步。

Enjoy a warm meal before setting off for Chengdu with your teachers. The team guides everyone through the journey, with time to settle in and rest as you carry Beijing’s stories towards a new city and new friends.

On arrival抵蓉后
Arrive in Chengdu and head to the hotel with your teachers to shower, put away your bags, enjoy a meal and take a short rest. Meet the campers from Shanghai, turning the introductions you have exchanged into the first conversations of your shared Chengdu adventure.
抵达成都后，先随老师到酒店洗澡、安顿行李，吃好抵达餐、短休。再和上海营伙伴见面，把此前交换的自我介绍，变成眼前的一声问候与共同探索的开始。
Half-day experience半日志愿体验
At the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding, join a half-day conservation volunteer experience guided by the staff. Work alongside your new teammates on the programme’s activities, ask about panda care and discover how everyday work supports conservation.
在成都大熊猫繁育研究基地，跟随工作人员参加半日保护志愿体验。和新队友一起完成项目安排的服务活动，向工作人员请教熊猫保护知识，认识每一份日常工作背后的用心。
Early evening傍晚
Travel to Guanghan and enjoy dinner before an evening visit to Sanxingdui Museum. Look closely at bronze masks, the sacred tree and extraordinary shapes, comparing what you notice with your teammates and giving an ancient object a Chinese introduction.
前往广汉，吃好晚餐后走进三星堆博物馆，感受傍晚展厅里的古蜀魅力。在青铜面具与神树前仔细观察，和伙伴交换发现，再用自己的中文介绍一件令你好奇的古蜀文物。
Evening in Chengdu成都夜间
Return to Chengdu for a short stroll through Jinli’s lantern-lit lanes. Look for traditional crafts, share a taste of a local snack and talk about the day’s most unexpected discovery before returning to the hotel for the night.
返回成都，沿锦里亮起灯笼的街巷小逛，看看传统手艺，和伙伴分享一口地道小吃。聊聊今天最意想不到的发现，再随老师回酒店休息。

Panda Guardians & the Bronze MysteryWith a teammate from the other camp, ask one question about panda conservation. Later, choose a bronze object and share a feature, a comparison or a question that you would like to explore further.

Sichuan Home Cooking & a Taste of JinliSichuan-style hot dishes, vegetables and rice keep both main meals satisfying, with seasoning suited to the group. In Jinli, share a little san da pao rice cake or brown-sugar jelly and discover another side of Chengdu’s flavours.
川味午晚餐与锦里小食午晚餐以川味热菜、时蔬与米饭搭配，按孩子的口味调整辣度。到了锦里，再分享一点三大炮或红糖冰粉，在熟悉的热餐之外，认识成都小吃的甜香与趣味。
Morning上午
Learn to weave a small bamboo fan with an artisan, watching each crossing before trying it yourself. Ask for help with a tricky step, choose a name for your finished piece and carry a little of Chengdu’s summer in your hands.

After lunch and a short rest, settle into bamboo chairs at a teahouse in People’s Park. Discover gaiwan tea, listen to the conversations around you and, with your teacher, ask a willing local how they like to spend an unhurried afternoon.

Explore Kuanzhai Alley’s lanes and courtyards, then gather for a Sichuan farewell dinner with your Beijing and Shanghai friends. Share a question that brought a surprising answer, a skill you tried for the first time and a moment when a new teammate helped you see things differently.

Departure arrangements离营安排
Our team agrees each airport transfer or parent collection with families in advance, allowing time after the return journey to rest and prepare. Teachers see every camper through the arranged handover, with a warm goodbye and stories to bring home.
团队提前与家长确认送机或接走安排，为返京后的休整留足时间。老师陪同送机，或当面完成家长交接，让每个孩子带着温暖的告别和自己的中国故事启程回家。
