The RICH team welcomes you at Beijing airport and helps you settle into the PKU camp. A relaxed conversation with the Chinese programme director gives teachers a first sense of your interests and Chinese experience.

老师在北京机场迎接大家，陪同前往北大营地报到。放好行李，和RICH中文主管轻松聊聊，让老师认识你的兴趣与中文学习经历。

Share a welcome dinner and join Chinese icebreaker games with your teachers and new friends. Residential staff help everyone find their way around camp, settle into the routine and get a good night's rest.

欢迎晚宴后，用中文破冰游戏认识老师和新伙伴。生活老师陪大家熟悉营地作息，从放松的第一晚开始，按时就寝，好好休息。

A Chinese assessment helps teachers arrange classes and groups at an appropriate level. During the first three-hour lesson, practise asking directions and prepare a few things you would like to ask university students.

通过中文水平测试，进入适合自己的班级和小组。3小时中文课里练练问路，也把对大学生活的好奇，变成下午想问的问题。

Walk through PKU, visiting its museum and campus gift shop along the way. Hear stories of the university, chat with students about study and everyday life, and find a campus corner that speaks to you.

漫步北大，逛逛校内博物馆与文创店，听校园里的历史故事。再和大学生聊学习与生活，找一处自己喜欢的角落，说说喜欢它的理由。

After dinner, join a swimming group or choose basketball, football, volleyball or badminton. With teachers organising the groups, there is time to move, cheer one another on and get to know your campmates.

晚餐后，由老师组织分组，选择游泳，或参加篮球、足球、排球、羽毛球。在传球、配合和加油声中，让新伙伴渐渐熟悉起来。

In Chinese class, turn your curiosity about handmade objects into questions. Practise asking about materials and methods, and listen to a partner’s explanation before trying a question of your own.

中文课上，把对手工作品的好奇变成问题。练习问材料、请教做法，和伙伴轮流介绍一样物品，再试着顺着对方的回答继续聊。

Wander through Nanluoguxiang with your teachers, looking closely at the craft shops tucked into the hutong lanes. Ask a shopkeeper about something that catches your eye, then gather over Peking duck to share the stories you have discovered.

跟老师走进南锣鼓巷，逛逛胡同里的传统手艺小店。找到一件好奇的物品，向店主请教它的故事；晚餐一起卷烤鸭薄饼，把下午的新发现聊给伙伴听。

Choose a character and build a short wuxia adventure with your classmates. Teachers help you shape the dialogue, from one memorable line to a lively exchange, ready for an afternoon performance.

中文课上和伙伴选角色、商量武侠故事，再请老师帮忙打磨台词。可以从一句有趣的话开始，也可以试着把角色之间的对话接下去。

Lunch and a quiet midday break leave time to recharge before heading out. Look over your lines with a partner and bring your character, imagination and curiosity along for the afternoon.

午餐后留出午间休整，把精神养足。出发前和伙伴看看台词，想想自己的角色会怎样说话，带着故事和好奇心去见北京的中轴线。

Climb Jingshan for a view over the Forbidden City and Beijing's Central Axis. Dress in period costumes and perform your short Chinese wuxia scene with friends, turning the morning's words into a shared story.

登上景山，俯瞰故宫与中轴线铺展的城市景象。换上古装，和伙伴用中文演一段武侠短剧，让上午商量的台词走进眼前的江湖。

Visit the Bird's Nest plaza as Beijing settles into its summer evening. Join local square dancers, ask an older resident to show you a move and enjoy the music, laughter and company.

夜游鸟巢广场，听音乐响起，看北京人的夏夜慢慢热闹起来。向跳广场舞的大爷大妈请教一个动作，跟着节拍试一试，也聊一聊。

Spend a joyful day at Universal Beijing in teacher-led groups, stepping into favourite movie worlds with friends. Then take a brave step beyond your own group: meet Chinese Gen-Z park-goers and discover the characters, stories and imagined worlds you love in common.

老师分组带队畅玩北京环球影城，和伙伴走进喜爱的电影世界。再勇敢迈出熟悉的小圈子，与中国Z世代游客互动，从角色、故事和共同喜爱的电影世界聊起。

Take breaks for lunch and dinner inside the park, then return to camp for a rest. Share a favourite moment or an unexpected interview answer with your friends as the day winds down.

在园区安排午晚餐，游玩间隙坐下来补充体力，结束后返营休息。和伙伴回味最开心的片段，也分享采访里听到的有趣回答。

Explore the Chinese words for actions and practise describing a simple process. Try asking how something works and why, preparing to look closely at the movements of a new kind of learning partner.

中文课上认识动作词，练习把一个过程说清楚。从“它在做什么”到“为什么这样做”，为下午观察机器人的学习过程准备问题。

Visit the humanoid robot data training centre in Shijingshan for a hands-on introduction. Watch how a small movement is taught, try an operation and ask the staff about the learning process behind it.

走进石景山人形机器人数据训练中心，观察并体验操作。从一个小动作开始，向工作人员请教机器人怎样练习，发现动作背后的训练过程。

Find Chinese words for colours, feelings and things you care about. Practise explaining a preference, then choose a word or phrase that you would like to make part of your own artwork.

Enjoy lunch and a midday break before heading to the art district. Sketch an idea, try out a few colours and talk through your plan with a friend while the inspiration is fresh.

In Chinese class, practise describing a city scene, from the colour of the water to the people beside it. Teachers help you turn a detail into a sentence and prepare a question about everyday life.

中文课上练习介绍城市风景，从水的颜色到湖边的人，找一个自己想说的细节。老师示范怎样把观察连成句子，再准备一个关于日常生活的问题。

Take a boat ride on Beihai, then stroll around Shichahai with your group. Notice the hutongs, waterside conversations and rhythms of an ordinary Beijing day, choosing a discovery to share over dinner.

在北海泛舟，看湖水与岸边景色慢慢展开；再漫步什刹海，观察湖边胡同与北京人的日常生活。选一个有趣发现，晚餐时讲给伙伴听。

Compare character designs in Chinese class and find words for the details you like. Practise giving a reason, then listen to a classmate's different choice and try a question that keeps the conversation going.

Explore POP LAND, Pop Mart's city theme park, with your teachers and friends. Discover original characters in their themed surroundings and chat with fellow fans about the designs, collections and little details that draw them in.

Arrive in Gubei Water Town for lunch and a break, then explore its lanes and waterside buildings with your teachers. Notice a roofline, a reflection or an old doorway, and ask about a detail you would like to include in your own account of the town.

抵达古北水镇后安排午餐与休息，再随老师和伙伴漫游街巷。看一处屋檐、一片倒影或一扇老门，向老师、讲解员请教好奇的细节，为自己的水镇故事添一点发现。

Enjoy a northern-style dinner before visiting the Simatai Great Wall at night. Look across the mountain lights and the town below, share a few words about the view, then return to camp with the teachers late that evening.

享用北方风味晚餐后，夜游司马台长城，欣赏山间灯火与城镇轮廓。把最打动自己的景色说给伙伴听，晚间随老师返回营地休息。

Learn Chinese words for movements and practise giving clear instructions to a partner. Teachers demonstrate how to break a sequence into small steps, giving you language to use in the afternoon's kungfu and team games.

中文课上学习动作词，练习给伙伴清楚的指令。老师先示范怎样把动作拆成小步骤，再让大家试着说一说，为下午的功夫与游戏准备表达。

After lunch on campus, take a generous midday rest before the afternoon's kungfu session and friendly sports games. Follow a demonstration, try the movements and use Chinese to encourage and coordinate with your teammates.

校内午餐后安排充分午休，养足精神再参加中国功夫体验与趣味运动会。看示范、试动作，用中文和伙伴配合，也为彼此的尝试加油。

Share a Beijing-style dinner, then enjoy an evening outing along the Liangma River. Watch the riverside lights come into view and share a Beijing discovery while walking and talking with your friends.

围坐享用特色晚餐后，夜游亮马河，看沿河灯光映入水面。和伙伴边走边聊，分享这几天的北京发现，让一天在轻松的交谈中慢慢收尾。

Practise asking a craftsperson for help and putting a making process into Chinese. From naming a material to explaining “first, then, finally”, prepare to learn with your hands and share something about the taste of home.

中文课上练习向手艺人请教，把制作过程说清楚。从一个材料名称到“先、再、最后”，准备好边动手边交流，也聊聊自己家里的味道。

Visit an old Beijing home and learn a traditional craft with your hosts. Watch as they personally show you how to wrap dumplings, try each fold yourself and gather around the dinner table to exchange stories of home.

走进老北京人家，学一门非遗手艺，再跟主人亲手学包饺子。从看清一个捏合动作到自己试一试，最后围坐吃饺子，分享彼此的家乡生活。

Begin with the usual three-hour Chinese class, revisiting your Beijing learning and preparing a short account of a discovery. The final hour, within the lesson, is set aside for the end-of-course Chinese assessment.

上午照常安排3小时中文课，回顾北京所学，整理一个想分享的发现。最后1小时在课内完成中文结业测评，再带着新的问题迎接西安之行。

After lunch on campus and a short rest, celebrate your work at the graduation ceremony. Share a scene, conversation or creation that made Beijing your own, and thank the teachers and friends who were part of it. Then pack your bags for Xi’an, where new characters and stories await.

校内午餐、短休后，参加结业典礼。分享一段演过的台词、一场难忘的对话或一件学习作品，说说自己怎样走进了北京的故事，也向一路陪伴的老师和伙伴道谢。随后整理行李，去西安认识新的角色与故事。

Travel to Beijing West Station with the teachers and have dinner there before boarding the overnight sleeper train to Xi'an. Settle into your berth and rest on the evening departure, ready for a morning arrival.

随老师前往北京西站，先在车站吃好晚餐，再乘晚发早到的动车卧铺前往西安。安顿行李与床铺，在列车上休息，让北京故事陪着自己走向长安。

Arrive in Xi'an in the morning and head to the hotel with your teachers. Shower, put your bags away and take a short rest, giving everyone a gentler start after the night on the train.

早晨抵达西安后，先随老师到酒店洗澡、安顿行李，安排短休。从夜间列车慢慢转入白天的节奏，养一养精神，再开始认识这座古都。

Learn to make biangbiang noodles directly from a noodle master, watching the stretch before trying it yourself. Ask about a step, take on the playful challenge of writing “biang”, then enjoy your handmade noodles for lunch.

跟着师傅亲手学做biangbiang面，先看拉伸示范，再自己动手试一试。请教一个步骤，挑战写写有趣的“biang”字，午餐品尝自己的劳动成果。

Visit the Terracotta Warriors and look closely at the soldiers' faces, armour and individual details. Continue to a terracotta workshop, where you can shape a small warrior of your own and give it a Chinese introduction.

参观兵马俑，仔细观察俑人的表情、铠甲与不同细节。再走进兵马俑工坊，亲手制作一个小俑人，把看见的特点做进作品，也试着用中文介绍它。

Return to the city for an outing on the ancient city wall. Teachers arrange cycling groups by age and ability; campers better suited to walking enjoy the towers and city views on foot with the team.

返回市区，登上古城墙迎一迎晚风。老师按年龄与骑行能力分组安排自行车骑行；更适合步行的孩子随队漫步，看看城楼与古今西安的风景。

Explore the streets around the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the illuminated promenade of Datang Buyucheng. Pause for street performances and a friendly Chinese exchange, then return to the hotel with your teachers for a good night’s rest.

晚餐后夜游大雁塔周边与大唐不夜城，漫步灯火街区，欣赏街头表演。在老师带领下和人聊几句，把中文带进长安夜色，再回酒店好好休息。

Dress in hanfu and enter the Chang'an Twelve Hours themed district with your group. Teachers help you rehearse greetings and questions, then try them with in-character performers as you follow clues and explore the streets together.

换上汉服，和伙伴走进长安十二时辰主题街区。老师先陪大家练练问候与提问，再和NPC聊角色、问线索、接话，带着线索在街巷中探索。

After lunch in the district and a short rest, make a traditional shadow puppet with an artisan's guidance. Give your character a Chinese line, rehearse with friends and bring a short time-travel story to the screen.

街区午餐、短休后，跟手艺人制作非遗皮影。为亲手做的角色写一句中文台词，和伙伴排练、接话，再让它登场，演一小段穿越故事。

Take a short stroll through the Muslim Quarter, tasting local snacks and asking vendors about ingredients and flavours. Look for a souvenir with a story and practise explaining why it caught your attention to a friend.

前往回民街，小逛街巷、尝尝地道小吃，向店家问问食材与口味。选一份有故事的纪念品，也把喜欢它的理由讲给伙伴听，留一点西安的日常记忆。

Return the hanfu and collect your luggage before travelling to Xi'an Station. Have a warm dinner at the station, then board the evening sleeper train back to Beijing and rest on the journey towards a morning arrival.

归还汉服、取好行李后，随老师前往西安站，先吃好车站晚餐。随后乘晚发早到的动车卧铺返京，在列车上休息，把长安的故事带回北京。

The team meets the train at Beijing West Station in the morning and takes everyone to shower and rest. Freshen up, organise your bags and gather your Chinese work before the day's individual departure arrangements begin.

早晨抵达北京西站，由老师接车后集中安排洗澡、休整与整理行李。缓一缓旅途的节奏，把中文作品和随身物品收好，再按各自安排从容离营。

Our team coordinates airport transfers and parent collection with each family in advance, allowing time after the morning train arrival to shower, rest and prepare for departure. Teachers see each camper through the agreed handover, with time for a warm goodbye.

我们会提前与家长确认送机或接走安排，为早晨返京后的洗澡、休整留足时间。老师陪同送机，或当面完成家长交接，让每个孩子带着温暖的告别启程。
