The RICH team welcomes you at Beijing airport and helps you settle into the PKU camp. A relaxed conversation with the Chinese programme director gives teachers a first sense of your interests and Chinese experience.

老师在北京机场迎接大家，陪同前往北大营地报到。放好行李，和RICH中文主管轻松聊聊，让老师认识你的兴趣与中文学习经历。

Share a welcome dinner and join Chinese icebreaker games with your teachers and new friends. Residential staff help everyone find their way around camp, settle into the routine and get a good night's rest.

欢迎晚宴后，用中文破冰游戏认识老师和新伙伴。生活老师陪大家熟悉营地作息，从放松的第一晚开始，按时就寝，好好休息。

A Chinese assessment helps teachers arrange classes and groups at an appropriate level. During the first three-hour lesson, practise asking directions and prepare a few things you would like to ask university students.

通过中文水平测试，进入适合自己的班级和小组。3小时中文课里练练问路，也把对大学生活的好奇，变成下午想问的问题。

Walk through PKU, visiting its museum and campus gift shop along the way. Hear stories of the university, chat with students about study and everyday life, and find a campus corner that speaks to you.

漫步北大，逛逛校内博物馆与文创店，听校园里的历史故事。再和大学生聊学习与生活，找一处自己喜欢的角落，说说喜欢它的理由。

After dinner, join a swimming group or choose basketball, football, volleyball or badminton. With teachers organising the groups, there is time to move, cheer one another on and get to know your campmates.

晚餐后，由老师组织分组，选择游泳，或参加篮球、足球、排球、羽毛球。在传球、配合和加油声中，让新伙伴渐渐熟悉起来。

Practise polite questions, asking prices and placing an order in Chinese. Work with a partner to try both sides of a shop conversation, ready to use those phrases in a real hutong shop.

中文课上练习礼貌提问、询价与点单，和伙伴轮流扮演店主与顾客。先把想说的话练一练，再到胡同小店里听听真实的回答。

Explore Nanluoguxiang with your group and hear shopkeepers talk about everyday life in the hutongs. Over a Peking duck dinner, try wrapping a pancake and describe the flavours you discover.

走进南锣鼓巷，看看胡同小店里的日常，听店主聊聊生活。晚餐学着卷一张烤鸭薄饼，把尝到的味道和新听来的故事说给伙伴听。

Choose a character and build a short wuxia adventure with your classmates. Teachers help you shape the dialogue, from one memorable line to a lively exchange, ready for an afternoon performance.

中文课上和伙伴选角色、商量武侠故事，再请老师帮忙打磨台词。可以从一句有趣的话开始，也可以试着把角色之间的对话接下去。

Lunch and a quiet midday break leave time to recharge before heading out. Look over your lines with a partner and bring your character, imagination and curiosity along for the afternoon.

午餐后留出午间休整，把精神养足。出发前和伙伴看看台词，想想自己的角色会怎样说话，带着故事和好奇心去见北京的中轴线。

Climb Jingshan for a view over the Forbidden City and Beijing's Central Axis. Dress in period costumes and perform your short Chinese wuxia scene with friends, turning the morning's words into a shared story.

登上景山，俯瞰故宫与中轴线铺展的城市景象。换上古装，和伙伴用中文演一段武侠短剧，让上午商量的台词走进眼前的江湖。

Visit the Bird's Nest plaza as Beijing settles into its summer evening. Join local square dancers, ask an older resident to show you a move and enjoy the music, laughter and company.

夜游鸟巢广场，听音乐响起，看北京人的夏夜慢慢热闹起来。向跳广场舞的大爷大妈请教一个动作，跟着节拍试一试，也聊一聊。

Spend a joyful day at Universal Beijing in teacher-led groups, stepping into favourite movie worlds with friends. Then take a brave step beyond your own group: meet Chinese Gen-Z park-goers and discover the characters, stories and imagined worlds you love in common.

老师分组带队畅玩北京环球影城，和伙伴走进喜爱的电影世界。再勇敢迈出熟悉的小圈子，与中国Z世代游客互动，从角色、故事和共同喜爱的电影世界聊起。

Take breaks for lunch and dinner inside the park, then return to camp for a rest. Share a favourite moment or an unexpected interview answer with your friends as the day winds down.

在园区安排午晚餐，游玩间隙坐下来补充体力，结束后返营休息。和伙伴回味最开心的片段，也分享采访里听到的有趣回答。

Explore the Chinese words for actions and practise describing a simple process. Try asking how something works and why, preparing to look closely at the movements of a new kind of learning partner.

中文课上认识动作词，练习把一个过程说清楚。从“它在做什么”到“为什么这样做”，为下午观察机器人的学习过程准备问题。

Visit the humanoid robot data training centre in Shijingshan for a hands-on introduction. Watch how a small movement is taught, try an operation and ask the staff about the learning process behind it.

Find Chinese words for colours, feelings and things you care about. Practise explaining a preference, then choose a word or phrase that you would like to make part of your own artwork.

Enjoy lunch and a midday break before heading to the art district. Sketch an idea, try out a few colours and talk through your plan with a friend while the inspiration is fresh.

Explore the art spaces tucked inside 798's former factory buildings. Look at how artists use colour and words, then create your own Chinese graffiti artwork and share the story behind your choices.

Gather your notes and favourite discoveries in Chinese class. Choose a Beijing story you want to keep, work on how to tell it and make a short recording in your own words.

中文课上整理学习手册，翻翻这些天的问题、笔记与发现。选一个最想留下的北京故事，和老师练一练，再用自己的话录下来。

After lunch, rest and pack for Shanghai. Listen back to your Chinese story and choose a moment you would like to share with your new campmates: perhaps an unexpected conversation, a funny line from your skit or a discovery made with a friend.

午餐后休整、整理行李，为转城留出从容的时间。回听自己的中文故事，挑一个想讲给上海新伙伴听的瞬间：一次意外的交谈、一句有趣的台词，或与朋友一起找到的新发现。

Arrive at Beijing South Station with time to choose dinner and settle at a table before boarding. The station offers another glimpse of everyday Chinese life. Then join your teachers aboard the overnight train and settle into a first-class sleeper, ready for Shanghai.

提前抵达北京南站，从容选餐、坐下来吃好晚饭，也看看车站里南来北往的生活。随后随老师登上一等卧夜车，收好行李、安顿床铺，带着北京的故事赴沪。

Arrive at Shanghai South Station in the morning and travel to the residence with the team. Shower, unpack, enjoy breakfast and take time to rest before the Shanghai part of camp begins.

早晨抵达上海南站，随老师前往驻地。洗澡、安顿行李，吃好早餐后充分休息，让身体慢慢从夜间旅途转入上海的营地生活。

After lunch and a short rest, a full three-hour Chinese lesson continues the learning at each child's level. Revisit useful language from Beijing and prepare to introduce yourself to new campmates in Shanghai.

午餐、短休后，下午保留完整3小时中文课，按各自水平衔接学习。回顾在北京用过的表达，也准备好向上海的新伙伴介绍自己。

Meet the Shanghai RICH campers over a welcome dinner. Bring a friend from Beijing into the conversation, share a favourite moment from the past week and hear about one another's hometowns. Find a common interest to carry into the days ahead, as a new circle of friends begins to form.

和上海RICH新伙伴共进欢迎晚宴，也把北京一路同行的朋友介绍给大家。讲讲过去一周的趣事，听听彼此的家乡与爱好，找到一个都想聊下去的话题，让接下来一起上课、游玩的日子从相识开始。

Explore campus language during a three-hour Chinese lesson. Practise inviting someone to join a game, listening for a simple instruction and using the short calls that help a team play together.

3小时中文课里熟悉校园表达，练习邀请伙伴加入游戏、听懂运动口令。从一句邀请到一次配合，为下午的操场交流做好准备。

Get to know the ECNU campus and visit its museum before meeting university students on the playing field. Use Chinese to call for a pass, coordinate with teammates and cheer each other on, finding shared interests through the games you play together.

熟悉华师大校园，参观校内博物馆，再和大学生一起到操场运动。在传球与配合中用中文交流、加油，从共同喜欢的运动聊起，认识新朋友。

After dinner, teachers organise a group swimming session suited to the students and venue rules. Enjoy time in the water, unwind after the day's activities and settle into the rhythm of campus life.

晚餐后，由老师结合场地规则和学生情况组织分组游泳。在水中活动、放松身体，享受和伙伴相处的校园时光，再返营休息。

Learn how to ask about ingredients, describe flavours and request a cooking tip in Chinese. Practise putting a few steps in order, ready to learn from a dumpling chef in the afternoon.

中文课上练习问食材、说口味，也试着向师傅请教做法。用“先、再、最后”把几个步骤连起来，为下午的小笼包体验备好词句。

In Yuyuan’s old streets, join a xiaolongbao masterclass led personally by the chef. Watch each fold, then shape your own dumplings with patient, hands-on guidance. There is time to ask, try again and enjoy the delight of making something together.

Compare characters, styles and designs in Chinese class. Practise saying what you like and why, then try asking a classmate about a different choice and listening for something you had not noticed.

Take a midday break after lunch before setting off along the river. Bring a question about the city, a few useful words and time to look closely at what others might walk past.

Follow Suzhou Creek past Sihang Warehouse, Waibaidu Bridge and the Broadway Mansions. After dinner, board a Huangpu River cruise and watch the lights unfold on both banks, comparing the city's older streets with its modern skyline.

Explore Shanghai Disney in teacher-led groups and step into the stories you love with your campmates. Use Chinese for directions, meals and easy conversations, finding moments to connect between the rides and attractions.

Enjoy lunch and dinner inside the park, with breaks to rest and regroup along the way. Return to camp after the visit and share the happiest moments of your day with friends.

园区内安排午晚餐，游玩间隙坐下来休息、补充体力。结束后随老师返营，一起回味今天最开心的瞬间，也给身体留出休息时间。

Look back over both cities during a three-hour Chinese class, with the final hour set aside for the end-of-camp assessment. Gather your notes and work, and reflect on the things you have tried in Chinese.

上午3小时中文课回顾双城所学，最后1小时在课内完成结业测评。整理学习手册与作品，看看这些天自己用中文尝试过哪些事情。

Enjoy lunch and a restful break before the final afternoon outing. Take time to recharge and look through the stories you would like to share at the evening's farewell dinner.

Explore Tianzifang's shikumen lanes and learn a traditional craft from an artisan. Make a keepsake of your Shanghai days, then gather for a farewell dinner. Tell a friend about a moment you will remember together, and thank the teachers and campmates who helped unfamiliar places feel welcoming.

走进田子坊石库门弄堂，跟手艺人学传统技艺，亲手做一件上海记忆。欢送晚宴上，讲讲和朋友共同经历、以后还想回味的瞬间；也向老师与伙伴说声谢谢，是他们的陪伴，让初到时的陌生渐渐变成了亲切。

The RICH team arranges Shanghai airport transfers around each departure flight and helps everyone get ready for the journey. For campers leaving with a parent, teachers complete the handover in person.

老师根据各自航班安排上海送机，陪大家做好离营准备。由家长来接的营员，老师当面完成交接，把这段双城旅程妥帖地送到下一站。
